Doctor and Rose challenge

Doctor: Yeah.I know, I know. Many people would have probably chosen a different one, like the one with the Dalek in episode six or the moment during the “I could save the world but lose you” line, and I gotta say I’m truly deeply attached to those moments too as the huge crazy Doctor&Rose shipper that I am, but this moment, this little one moment was the one that made me go like “Gosh! I’m going to love these two to pieces and I already know I’m pretty doomed about it”. I mean there is already so much meaning and so much love in this scene, Rose is basically about to die at 19 years old, two centuries before she was even born and she doesn’t go mad or blame him for this, instead she reassures him it was not his fault and she just says “We’re going to fight, and we will do it together” and takes his hand in hers. And the doctor, oh the doctor…despite he feels so guilty and deep down he’s torturing himself because he brought her there with him, he’s literally happy to be with her in that moment. He saw the fall of Troy and World War 5 and he’s about to die in a dungeon because of some crappy kind of zombies but the fact that Rose is with him..well, it makes it worthy. And he confesses this to her “I’m so glad I met you” and Rose feels exacty the same, despite she thinks she’s about to die she wouldn’t regret for a second having met this wonderful man. And then they smile to each other, a meaningful beautiful smile that says everything. They’re saying: the world can shatter and end in a second but I met you and right now I’m happy about it and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else, in that specific moment they’r eliving is like all that matters is them and only them and nothing else and I don’t know it just melts my heart every freaking time.
